This policy applies to all workshops, classes, events and Paint Your Own Pottery sessions booked for a specific date and time on our website. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. If you cancel

• 7 days or more before the start: full refund.
• 3 to 6 days before the start: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before the start: no refund.

To cancel, email info@savicommunitystudio.com with your name and booking details. The time we receive your email counts.

2. Moving your booking

If you can’t make it, you can move your booking once to another date, subject to availability, if you tell us at least 72 hours before the start. A booking that has been moved can’t be refunded later, and a late cancellation after moving is treated as a no-show.

3. No-shows

If you don’t come and haven’t told us in time, we can’t offer a refund or a new date.

4. If we cancel or change a session

If we cancel a session (for example because too few people booked, illness or circumstances beyond our control), we tell you as soon as possible using your contact details and you choose: a full refund or a new date. If we make a significant change to your session, you can choose a full refund instead.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 7 to 10 business days after we confirm them. If you withdraw under your legal right of withdrawal (section 6), we refund within 14 days at the latest.

6. Your legal right of withdrawal

Dated bookings: the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or time (article 3ιβ(ιβ) of Greek Law 2251/1994 and article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). The rules above apply instead.

Gift cards, class bundles, memberships and shop products: you can withdraw within 14 days. See section 6 of our Terms & Conditions for how it works.
