Hand-building
Pinch, coil and build with slabs, from your first cup to bigger pieces. Learn the basics, then keep going at your own pace, with help at the table whenever you want it.

Wheel throwing
Four people, four wheels: everyone has their own for the whole class. Learn to centre the clay and pull up your first pots, with help right beside you.

How it works
Clay needs two trips through the kiln, so a piece is finished over more than one visit.

Make
Build or throw your piece. Clay, tools and help are on the table.

We fire it
It dries, then goes into the kiln for its first firing.

Glaze or paint
Paint it at a later class, or we glaze it clear for you. We email you when it’s ready to pick up.

Which class is for me?
Want to learn the wheel? Book wheel throwing on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday: four people, a wheel each, and the beginner bundle is made for your first steps. Want to make things by hand? Hand-building, from a first cup to bigger pieces. Can you centre on your own? Book hand-building on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday, and you can use a wheel during the class.
Do I need any experience?
No. Both classes start from the beginning, and you can keep coming back as you get better.
Can I paint what I make?
Yes, once it has had its first firing. Add a glazing session (2 hours, €20) when you book a class, and come back to glaze your pieces. Done early? Pay €5 more and join the class, if there’s room. With a bundle, you glaze within your classes, or book studio hours. If you don’t glaze, we glaze your piece clear.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Add them when you book.
Can I move or cancel my class?
You can move it once, up to 72 hours before it starts. Cancel 7 days or more before for a full refund, or 3 to 6 days before for 50%. Full cancellation policy.
Gift cards
Give someone a few hours with their hands in clay. They pick the class and the day.
